From site boundary to compliant layout in under a minute.

Define your site
Enter width and depth in metres, or switch to Draw mode and click to trace any irregular polygon directly on the canvas. Segment lengths update live as you draw. Pro users can trace over a real base map (VicPlan property layers or Google Satellite imagery) instead of drawing blind.

Choose a standard
Select Victoria (Cl. 52.06) or Australian/New Zealand Standard (AS/NZS 2890.1). Bay dimensions, aisle widths and accessway requirements update automatically.

Select a layout angle
Choose from 90° perpendicular, 60°, 45°, 30°, or parallel stalls. Use Rotate to try the layout in a perpendicular orientation. Each configuration shows its bay count instantly.

Refine your boundary
Pro users can set a uniform boundary offset (setback) before bays are placed, and add internal circulation roads at a custom width (3–22m) on any boundary edge — roads maintain their specified width at all corners.

Read the results
See estimated spaces, site area, sq.m. (m²) per space, bay dimensions, and aisle widths. The layout panel shows primary and remainder zone types.

Export as PDF
Pro users can export a clean PDF of the concept/feasibility plan including the results panel. On the free plan, layouts are shown with a watermark on screen and PDF export isn’t available.
